International Field Service Engineer – Nuth | English + French/German
Today Sweden, tomorrow Senegal: as an International Field Service Engineer you keep our machines running worldwide. You’ll start with 6 months in our Nuth workshop to learn the technology, then hit the road alongside a senior service engineer and quickly grow into working independently. Wat ga je doen?
- You’ll be trained into an all-round service engineer who installs, commissions and maintains our mechanical/electrical/hydraulic machines at customer sites around the world.
Months 0–6 | Workshop (Nuth)
Mechanical/electrical assembly
Testing/adjustments, fault finding
Working with drawings and schematics
Getting familiar with our safety and quality standards
Months 6–12 | In the field, on the road together
Shadowing a senior service engineer on installs and service visits
Commissioning / trial runs (start-up & handover)
Training local operators and maintenance teams
Reporting, documentation and customer communication
After that (independent):
Install and commission machines on site
Supervise trial runs and secure performance
Train operators & maintenance (language: English + German or English + French)
Perform service, repairs and troubleshooting (mechanical/hydraulic/electrical)
Periodic assembly work in Nuth to prepare for field projects
Travel
Mainly short trips (1–2 days), occasionally up to one week. International work with clear planning and full support from Nuth.
Wat wij bieden
Starting salary: €3,240 gross/month (38 hrs)
Significant increases via (weekend) premiums, per diems/day allowances and travel hours
In practice this can add €100 to €2,000+ per month, depending on projects and travel

Wat vragen wij?
- Language & location (important)
You are proficient in English + German or English + French.
You live within 50 km of Nuth, so you can easily commute to our workshop during the first six months. Afterwards, you’ll also depart from Nuth for international projects.
Must-haves
Able to read technical drawings and electrical schematics
Driving licence B
Several years’ experience in a similar technical service/assembly role
Broad technical skillset: mechanical, electrical and preferably hydraulics
Self-reliant, flexible, stress-resistant, customer-friendly
Willing to travel regularly (mostly short trips), including occasional evenings/weekends if the project requires
